Did you know that Arizona’s Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) is a program that will pay a portion of your student’s tuition? ESA funds are used to pay for educational expenses such as: books, tutoring, school tuition etc. According to Arizona Department of Education, students are awarded on average between $7,000 and $8,000 per student, annually, depending on grade level and special education needs (click here for details). The Arizona Department of Education approves provider organizations, such as Pangaea Schoolhouse, to accept ESA funds. If you would like to apply your child’s ESA funds toward our tuition cost, we’ll be happy to walk you through the process.
Example of how ESA works:
If a student is awarded their ESA funds in the amount of $8,000, and they select our online track (tuition: $11,513), we will apply the $8,000 ESA voucher to the in-person tuition. This leaves a remaining balance of $3,513, which can be paid in full or through a payment plan.
We are currently in the process of acquiring additional scholarship options for families to take advantage of. We will keep you updated as new information becomes available.
